Daily session breakdown
Put in the Work Day
Fundamental focus on stick skills and footwork. It's about laying the proper foundation to build on throughout the week.
Know Your Role Day
Position-specific training. Let's dive into specific training for your desired position on the field. Are you a shooter? Do you thrive off stopping a shot? Would you prefer to shut players down? Are you hungry to win the draw?
Get Your Mind Right Day
We unlock the mental game within the physical game. This day's schedule will connect the two, resulting in the complete player. Active lacrosse drills will combine with establishing the proper mindset.
Game-Ready Day
Competition day! A much anticipated day that brings all of the prior sessions together and allows players to execute what they have learned throughout the week. This day will include event challenges and 3-V-3 accelerated play.
